As well as teaching you all the basic sewing techniques to get you started and build your confidence, I'll show you lots of tips and timesaving tricks to make your sewing journey both enjoyable and easy.

 

All the equipment is provided, but It's advisable to bring along your own sewing machine to familiarise yourself with its capabilities. You may want to practise sewing at home in between lessons.

 

If you don't as yet have your own machine, I can advise you on a suitable machine to buy. You will have use of Brother computerised sewing machines, as well as overlockers, patterns, all tools and equipment.

 

Tuition is very flexible and tailored to your requirements. Whether you are a complete beginner with no sewing experience at all, or a sewer with some knowledge, right through to the advanced sewer who's been sewing for years. I teach you to at your own pace, I'm very patient and aim to help your skills grow. I have students from 9 years of age, right through to senior citizens. As your confidence and knowledge grows, I'll also show you lots of couture techniques to make your garments look professional and have a top quality finish. You'll be creating your own exclusive garments that you're proud of.
